Due to the custom nature of the item, returns and refunds are limited to defective merchandise.  If you recieve your items and any of them are defective or there is a printing error on KOW's part, please take a picture of the defect, and send via email to knockonwoodsd@hotmail.com within 24 hours of recieving.  You will then be contact on what to do.  Please note that all items run true to size unless otherwise specified.  

Every item is made to order therefore we process your order once we get it.  Turn around time is estimated at 10 days.

 Due to the custom nature of each item returns and exchanges are not allowed except in the event of a defect or misprint.  Please make sure you are double checking sizing info to make sure appropirate size is selected.

 Although tested to uphold any type of laundering and drying, it is recommended that you turn garment inside out and dry on low.  Do not iron logo directly but can be ironed logo side down.
